By accessing or using the FixMyFord application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Dyno Tyme ("we", "us", "our").
FixMyFord is a free informational tool that provides Ford F-Series truck parts cross-references, maintenance guides, repair information, and links to third-party auto parts retailers. The App is intended for general informational purposes only.
You may create an account using email authentication or use the App as an anonymous guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

Parts cross-references, specifications, and repair guides are provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that any part number, fitment, or specification is correct, complete, or current. Always verify part compatibility with your vehicle before purchasing. See our full Disclaimer for details.
The App contains affiliate links to third-party auto parts retailers. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the products, services, pricing, availability, or policies of any third-party retailer. If you post content through community features, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the App. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
The App, its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Dyno Tyme and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Ford, F-150, F-250, F-350, and related model names are trademarks of Ford Motor Company. FixMyFord is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ford Motor Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dyno Tyme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from incorrect parts information, vehicle damage, personal injury, or reliance on any content provided through the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is $0 for the free version).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dyno Tyme, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Minnesota.
